Apple Cider Vinegar Detox 

This is one of my favorite detoxes. I make this almost every morning! I will break it down by ingredient and explain some of their benefits.
Apple cider vinegar does so much good for the body. From cleansing the kidneys, reduces inflammation, balances pH levels, helps with digestions, weight loss, lower blood sugar, and much more.
Lemon is another main ingredient in the detox. Lemons help with weight control, boost digestive health, great source of vitamin C, and so much more. Also I love lemon on and in everything, love a good citrus kick!
Raw honey is a good source of antioxidants, heals wounds, and can help with digestion.
Cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, lowers blood sugar levels and can help your risk of heart disease.
Hot water aids in digestion, calms the central nervous system, relieves constipation, improves circulation, and can help with stress levels.
Cayenne can boost your metabolism, reduce hunger, lower blood pressure, and can aid in digestion.

  • Recipe:
  • 2 Tbsp of Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Dash of cayenne
